This is why we need to be more cautious than ever. It's all around us now. Unqualified people hired based on 'feels' that are doing critical jobs or making decisions that could have devastating consequences is the new norm. The piper will have to be paid and we're starting to see it all unravel.

It's ICY cold, slowly running out of oxygen, slowly increased CO2 levels - you freeze and slowly go to sleep.....
It's not bad.
I'd rather not die, and I'd rather not die inside a submarine at the bottom of a very deep ocean...
But tens of thousands have already done so in warfare submarines and while trapped in sinking ships...
I'd rather be dying in the nice long green grass on a nice warm spring day, in the shade of a lovely tree.
I'd like that.
