The best fail-safe solution to this problem : have a law accepted that makes it illegal for any woman on PMS to interact with any other human (or animal, for that matter).
A woman commented online somewhere that during her PMS rage episodes, they instantly disappear the moment she receives manjuice in the right place. So is PMS just a mechanism nature has imbued to females to avoid that she would continue to stay with a male that does not impregnate her? Basically her body rages at you for not knocking her up? Interesting perspective...
