Dozens detained at banned LGBTQ march in Istanbul

Clashes between locals and security forces erupted in San José del Golfo in central Guatemala, after some residents prevented a voting center from opening. Locals in the central highlands town intervened in the voting center's opening as they learned that people from another municipality had come to vote. <br> <br>As scuffles broke out, security forces attempted to disperse the crowd with tear gas.
