Jesus fuck.... The issues here are that the bearings in the trolley - were never made or designed to run long distances at 60 mph / 100 Kmh.... and unless they are new and freshly greased - it's a bad idea. The wheels are a small diameter, and they are NOT made to run at high speed, over any rough terrain e.g. a pot hole - because they will drop in and break off, and the same goes with any debris on the highway. AND although there is SOME suspension by way of frame flex on the front end, at speed on rough surfaces, this exceeds the design of travelling at walking speed, over generally very smooth and flat shopping centre surfaces and car parks... So there is a REAL risk of bearing and wheel failure from over heating and as soon as the trolley hits a pot hole, the wheel or wheels will just rip off, from the trolley, out from underneath him.....

AND I wonder just how close the other vehicles are following behind...
