He is obviously not a retard and believes human population collapse. He's obviously trying to illude to peoples minds in more modern countries that if you dont have kids you will be replaced by immigrants and communism. He sees whats coming, but you cant go on live tv and say these things so he gives little hints. Like, "have more children" because for the normie mind 'its good" or "how else will we get more humans". Unfortunately for elon musk, this plan will not work because he doesnt understand men have awoken to the shit laws that enslave them after having, muh babies. He knows he must create artificial wombs and sex robots for a mar colony but he too is lazy and doesnt yet want to deal with the backlash that would insue if he goes this route.
