EU fails to tackle surge in arms trafficking from Ukraine
The EU commissioner for home affairs has admitted that the black market of arms supplied to Ukraine is booming, while a partially retracted CBS report suggests only 30% of weapons sent to Kiev have ended up on the battlefield.
