18:40. When my unit was deployed to Okinawa in '80-'81, we were told guys waited as long as 8yrs in Japanese prison (depending on the crime) before you even got a trial. Once again as a lone wolf, I hung out with very few guys, so I was able to stay away from the guys who couldn't control themselves at the clubs and restaurants. Okinawa was a beautiful island. Most of the people were cool (though Okinawa also had "Japanese/White only" restaurants) once you got away from the village that catered to the US military, of whom some can be total morons at times.
