@Nikaido: When children / adolescents go and murder their parents, OK the state says, "You shall not murder them" - so the state plays by those rules. But my query is WHY did the young people murder their own parnets? Sometimes they are the rare sort of mentally ill murders, but other times, I think there may be a lot more going on, than just the murder.
