To stay in one place for longer, you need to find likeminded people to bond with.
In your case, you have two disadvantages. 1 - Your origins/your looks. Northern Africans are viewed as invaders, people tolerate them, no one likes them. 2 - Your American ways. Europeans don't like that. You taking a risk every time you enter a place recording with your phone.
Couple years ago I was approached in the supermarket by the security guard because I was on a video call. Not recording anything.
I understand your main audience is in the US, my personal opinion is you're not doing them a favour. Knowing our ways, you should present your voyages as a tourist, not as a potential settler. There's so much more you haven't seen... "And it ain't pretty".
