Florida cop fatally shoots disarmed man whose brother had just been killed

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office has released bodycam footage of one of its deputies fatally shooting a disarmed man eight times after arriving on the scene to assist his brother, who had himself been fatally shot in a gun fight. <br> <br>The deputy that killed Richardson has been placed on administrative leave following the shooting, with Orange County Sheriff John Mina saying that an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
