The spirit of anger and wickedness transfers from generation to generation through this trauma and dysfunction. It's like that movie "Fallen" with Denzel washington.
Happiness and peace need to come from within. You need to slay that dragon within yourself and not pass on that wicked spirit.
People are programmed by their trauma. It builds a negative feedback loop of thoughts and emotional reaction, compulsively, like an addiction. The way out is to put yourself into a mindset where you can observe these triggering thoughts, and break the compulsive reaction of the emotions attached to them and stop the feedback loop. If what you have tried or are trying isn't working, why not try something else?
