I hate to just parrot TFM however the net taxpayer voter system makes perfect sense when voting for laws and issues of taxpayer money. Veterans and men or women who can be drafted into the military they only vote for the commander-in-chief.

In general, women have no territorial protection instinct. Let modern women lead a country, and it will be overrun in short notice. Example : Sweden, making Stockholm into the rope capital of the world. Example 2 : Berlin's female mayor advising women to "Stay at an arms' length from strangers to avoid group ropes" while happily letting more of those strangers in. Really? That's the best you got? And such people should be able to vote and decide on the future of a country? Don't think so.
