Game: Rayman Origins (GOG)

I have to add some things. The aloe vera juice is good for the stomach, but the aloe vera gel is good for the reflux. Sorry for the confusion. I have a bottle of the gel coming in tomorrow as well. I also need to add that you don't want to use too much or it will act like a laxative. Trust me, it is very strong if you take too much, especially with caffeine.

I also covered some recent articles as well!

You can just add apple cider vinegar to a drink. That's what I did. Medication free now. I add 1 teaspoon to a juice or drink. That's better than drinking a straight. Also you can blend aloe to a smoothie or juice. Again tastes better that way. Good luck.

How often do you take it? I was told that since it slightly burns my throat and esophagus, I need to try the aloe vera gel for two weeks (first week I drink it once in the morning, second week I drink it in the morning and night) then after that I can start the apple Cider Vinegar again.

Also, I had been taking a tablespoon of it mixed with water and honey. Maybe that was too much? I don't really know. Still kind of new to this. Any advice you can give me would be helpful, since I actually have a stricture now and I'm getting a second dilation on Monday. It's really bad this time.

@Grim Lords Games And Rants: At first I took 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar before every meal, in a small juice. Then after a week or two, I increased it to 1 teaspoon before a meal. Then after a month or so I reduced to once/day. The idea is to improve your gut bacteria by adding healthy bacteria (vinegar). So you don't have to torture yourself my adding it all at once. And you may need more or less than me. It depends.
