I believe it doesn't but i just don't trust media or gov so it could. masks are not compulsory here yet but the gov and fat cunt boris is trying very hard to make us. its 50/50 here. i get an exemption notice because i was born with nose problems. im just lucky but the hospitals and doctors really make a massive thing about it. The only people who seem to be exempt is the police. you see masks all over the floor here and as you said in your first comment they most wear em over their neck.
