GLORIE TO RUSSIA

Russia has all that land in the interior and is hardly settled. Putin should be aggressively recruiting Whites to homestead the taiga and develop it along the lines of U.S. homesteading practices in the 19th century (up to WW1). Sharecropping with agribusinesses or oligarchs shall be heavily regulated to prevent the kind of abuses that arose during the American Great Depression. Individuals and families shall occupy and develop the land for growing food, livestock, families, and ultimately, good functioning Russian communities.

Why do all that? Because such enterprises need (and reward) ***BIG WHITE FAMILIES ***

It makes sense to have more than three kids and Russia needs all the White people it can breed. Putin should put Slavic Whites first. Then, only where that falls short, Putin could offer homesteading to Whites of good character from the West. Not only do they have to develop the land, they have to learn Russian and participate in Russian schools. Single Whites will be encouraged to find suitable mates to form up families, convert to Russian Orthodoxy, and contribute to the nation-building enterprise.
