Well look at the bag real close... Dim Sims... It's just one of those provincial and reigonal things.... Basically it's a pastry jacket stuffed with vegetables and meat.... They call them Dim Sims, Dim Sum, Spring Rolls, Dumplings etc, and the types and names are as vared as the locations and countries and makers and "funny little places".... and their funny ingredient mixes....

@Life_N_Times_of_Shane_T_Hanson: ok i see, its one of the weirdly named foods from ozzyland... yea sounds similar to fried spring rolls or something. as long as you enjoy them, still weirdly named.

There are a slices of potatoes, dipped in batter and deep fried. In Victoria (Australia) they call them "Potatoe Cakes" - north in the next state, they call them "Scallops" - But real scallops - are shell fish, that are taken out of their shells, and dipped in batter and deep fried... So go figure... Scallops or Potatoe Scallops.... Crayfish, Crawfish, Marrons, Lobsters etc., same / similar things.. different places.

@sbseed: Some people call it "French toast", other people just call it bread.
