i remember pitching a story for one of these game devs, and though he liked my story, it wasn't anything he was interested in creating.

it basically involved you being a peeping tom who sold nudes that you collected of women in some neighborhoods and involved you going under cover as a plumber or a cable guy and various other options where you could place some devices in the houses you visited to get the picks of women and sell them online or whatever, i admit it's not a very good story, but i like the idea of using stealth and also like the idea of the peeping tom who uses many different ways in getting his objectives done.

but as i said, the dev was not interested in my ideas, maybe this would have been too hard to put into the game because there are to many choices and options that it would make the game too complicated.

i mean the visual novel thing about this is pleasing enough, but the dialogue is mostly stupid for these games, and really appeals to a kid in school, like i get it, that's where the hot girls are found, but the stories are all the same mostly with little to no variance of what could be done.

it could also be a more serious visual novel game where your a detective and your put into a situation that involves you going to a club undercover but it's a sex club and you need to get to the inner circle of the club to get to the people at the top to figure out what they are doing, and you are given the choice to shut it down or join them in their operation, something along these lines could also be a good story without being too cringe and stupid story telling.

I think you're getting the VN market mixed up with the AVN market. The VN yes, takes place in school a great deal which is common with Japanese culture. Although there is Kara No Shoujo which is an honest to goodness mature detective game I've had on the back burner for quite some time. Maybe this year I'll decide to play through Catagra which is the first one in that series. Innocent Grey does these games. FreshWomen had stealth moments. But stealth works differently, basically if you click on a wrong choice, you are discovered. That was kinda fun. The AVN market rarely deals with school, mostly college but even then I'm finding a lot of them still in-dev that don't.

that beginning was rough with all the choices lol, like i couldn't tell what the game was asking you to do, so you have to set relationship in this weird way that isn't really explained well so you make stupid choices because it's not done well enough, but we carry on and regret our choices later because now you can't bang the girl that you named your sister because of these stupid choices lol.

and then that same person you named your sister suddenly gives you the dialogue that the food is in the fridge sweetie like she was your mother lol. this just gets more funny as the story progresses lol.

@KEEPER: The names were indeed made custom because of Patreon and Itch.io. The game obviously has fictional incest and is an alternative take on My Sister Mia, an old RPG Maker game. I've already recorded the next part and restored the names to what they're supposed to be: Mother, Sister, Father and Brother respectively. And the story makes way more sense now.

lol the story telling isn't really that great, but even though it's pretty cringe it's not all bad, when you read the dialogue, " why are you talking like that sam, your not black"

you just can't help but laugh at that statement.

Some of the writing is really good in these. This one, not so much.
