Phnom Penh is in Cambodia, bruh. It's like saying Tijuana is in the US, or Mexico City is in New York. Now it sounds like a lot of western men in MGTOW can't even tell the difference between Thailand & Cambodia.
I don't know about Cambodia, but prostitution in Thailand is still illegal, merely "tolerated". (aka, the cops were bought out by bribes or these place belonged to someone extremely influential & powerful).

Been to Thailand twice._.Almost every girl that I met there didn't steer me away from the hotel room._.Only two out of about 30 girls did try to steer me away._.This was back in 2003!!!
