GTA-style chase: Iowa cop clings to suspect’s car

Cops a fucking idiot - if some one drives a car straight at you - either get out of the way or head shot them.
What does this stupid cunt do?
"Stop the car" x 200 times.
I mean he had a full clip, and the gun pointed straight at them... and only ONE windscreen between them at point blank range.
I don't know what gun he was carrying - but even with 10 rounds at that range - you can't go wrong.
