Guys, STOP CHASING MONEY IF YOU'RE NOT GETTING MARRIED

You'd be surprised at how easy and enjoyable life can be without pissing your money away on a woman. Having a woman also puts a man into debt very easily.

I don't make a huge amount of money working in Public Works. But, I've enjoyed very steady employment for over 20 years, good benefits, a good crew to work with, and a legit retirement pension to look forward to. I live in a very nice (all White) mobile home park, own everything free and clear, and have ZERO DEBT. Absolutely NONE of that gets pussies wet but, I'm very comfortable.

I was able to save a lot of money and now I can write a check for things like a new hot water heater or central A/C and not sweat it. That's money that would've been wasted on a stupid vacation trip to make some broad happy for only a little while.
