Nice - Some bought pasta sauces are actually really good.

But some home made - home cooked pasta sauces - made with fresh tomatoes - with extra things like basil, rosemary, egg plant, mushrooms, bacon, garlic, olive oil, cream, pine nuts, anchovies, lots of different cheeses, sausages, minces, sea food, herbs etc.... The list is basically endless - if people like it and can eat it , they will use it.

These are a brilliant read.... Especially while I sit here eating my fresh cooked frozen green beans and mince - for the last 2 weeks.

@Alpha Male Lifestyle: Home cooking is REALLY fucking easy and it's GOOD..... Congrats on the brilliant meal.... And there is a difference between FAST cooked frozen / fresh veges and shit that gets boiled for 10 minutes... SOME things do need cooking to softness, but many fresh vegetables are way better just brought to temperature... Green peas are better cooked to make them taste cooked, and things like herbs and bok choy etc., are best just dropped in the soup, before serving and some things can cook for a minute - ike celery etc... This asian chick shows how to do it...
