My business went down hill during the housing boom because people were getting free money from mortgaging their house repeatedly as prices soared.. due to dysfunctional mortgages. called payment option arms.. People literally got hundreds of thousands. in free cash. borrowed on their houses.. what did they do?? they started businesses in my line of work withjout working for it.. they borrowed their way in.. The banks make it happen.. then everybody gets sucked under by the oversaturation.. So my business went down while everyone was borrowing.. I paid my bills.. and lost.. I did establish credit to be used later and defaulted on promptly upon maxed out condition.. hey all the beners got hundreds of thousands.. I wanted mine.. and got about 85.. .. I did not plan on paying it back as I borrowed it,.. Just like the beners who had 500,000 mtgs on houses worth 130,000.. If you are going to play in the bankers court you have to play by their rules.. and house rules is everyone loses.. file bankruptcy and start borrowing again.. heheh.. You need cash flow,.. I say good luck with that to all the stupid people who think protecting your country at the borders is racism.. The American people were the best./. we built it all.. People like Henry Ford.. Wallstreet is a cancer on America. . everyone thinkls they are an investor now..

The colonial merchants say, "buy low sell high" they are talking about everything.. including you.. They have used our bank and military to set up a financial playground around the world.. uh, how do we go from our goods made in America to made in china?? Our money backed by gold to backed by oil.. well, worthless people are behind it.. They will steal your knowledge if they can to create competition against you using your own technology.. Everything was pretty much invented and produced in America.. Ownership and freedom brought that about.. People did it to better their lives and country.. So these wallstreet merchants and their cult following have taken over the world pretty much.. It is possible that china and Russia bring them down.. They operate here in the US and other places.. produce in third world and then sell in "first world" to people they get banks to lend money to.. make stuff overseas and then ship to America where they lend to people. who do not have money from work,, because these people took their jobs overseas.. .. They create dependency on both ends.. I worked hard for crap money./. couldn't believe this was the America they talked about on television and in schools.. First of all let me say I think people should stay in their own countries.. that is the first line of defence against these colonial merchant traders... they had gone by names such as EAST INDIA TRADING COMPANY.. THE JOHNS COMPANY.. in the past.. so stay ion your own country and build it up.. The colonialism shit is what we freed ourselves from.. STAY IN YOUR OWN COUNTRIES!!

Get into the building trades. A union apprenticeship will pay you while you go to night school. When you are through and become a journeyman, you will have zero debt. Right now in my union, Local 290 Plumbers and Steamfitters, after you turn out you will be making @$42 an hour on the check, which is around $100k a year. Also you will have 2 pensions, health and dental, and when you work overtime really rake in the cash. I dropped out in 1982 and never looked back, bought my first house at age 23, paid off the mortgage on my 2nd house at age 38. Electrical, HVAC, etc., ...the trades need people that are willing to work. Find a college degree that will pay you that much, and be tuition free...good luck. You will be out of your parents house and earning, living, on your own. That is being a real man.
