Housing Prices Skyrocket, Rich White Liberals Most Affected

Reminds me of a single mother I used to know. She kept living in S8 housing on taxpayer dollars, claiming she couldn't find a place that "meets all my standards." And I'm thinking: you're a single mother. You don't GET to complain about your "standards" because you're not the top of the food chain here; your kid is.

Housing prices are driven by hot Chinese and Saudi money flooding into ZOG-U.S. and looking for property to buy up. The (((BANKS))) aren't risking their depositors' money and they're just acting as middlemen for outside investors. The (((BANKS))) will approve even the most outrageous prices and they don't care if the local market is being destroyed. A lot of demand is also being driven by 3rd World immigrants who are getting insanely generous Federal housing vouchers. No help for Whitey! He has to pay that full market price!

ALL housing should be priced to local conditions i.e. local wages and quality of neighborhoods plus yearly inflation adjustment. The Fair Housing Act of 1968 is a primary cause of exploding home prices. People are forced to buy grossly overpriced homes to get away from the (((DIVERSITY))) and hope that the high price will keep them out of the new neighborhoods.

IMO, houses should be 1/10 of what they are now. If you have many qualified buyers, then the house should be sold by lottery and at the price fixed to the local conditions. Housing MUST be removed from the realm of speculation and put back into its primary role as a long term investment; for the people who will actually LIVE THERE. The Free Market is fatally flawed and its power to destroy is apparent to all but doctrinaire neocons and the vast majority of Sheeple who don't know any better.
