they could have done it in 6 months or less... if only relying on brute force from slave layer...
egypt was also not a 'kingdom' as such but more like an empire that venerated the 'emperor'/ruler as a god on earth, as stupid as that is...
using both slaves and citizens to build many structures and buildings/objects, the civilians/citizens where employed and slaves where taken care of most of the time but they where worked hard for getting free room and board...
they where also healed and given medications or herbal remedies if they got sick or whatever, it was only during the time of one pharaoh (except the females they where horrid to slaves, treated like objects more than a resource) when they where worked/whipped/etc. to death.

Look up Geo polymer. If I’m not mistaken there was a geologist in 2016 who created stone blocks that over 13 other college geology centers said that his created stones were actually real stones. In short the pyramids were created by stone concrete.
I believe he was Austrian and he wrote a full paper and made the stone itself on TV
