What's needed is to find out where these police nobodies get their orders to harass drivers like this. A carefully planned citizen's arrest, summary trial, conviction, and summary punishment is in order.
However, the police chief may just be following orders and has no power to disregard bad orders. Find out who told him to enforce bad laws. Find out who trains these piglets and puts uniforms on them. Go up higher to the legislators and put their heads in the noose! If they cry for mercy and say it came from higher up, then go and put a bullet into the heads of the guilty. At some point, you pass the veil and enter the realm of real power. Those are the ones who must be summarily executed.
BTW, the people do not vote for these bad laws and criminals. The voters are brainwashed by the Electric Jew and are given very limited choices at the polls. Thus creating the illusion of democracy and representative government. All the Sheeple can do is acquiesce and submit approval by going through the farce of voting.
