He didn't send me a topic so what I want to talk about is why I believe that women will be put back into the kitchen one day regardless of if they want to go there or not. I put a link to a video in the description called: "When This Runs Short, Watch Out!" from another YouTuber named Chris Martenson. He's been covering covid for the last few years but I heard about him over ten years ago when he created something called the Crash Course in around 2008 or 2009 about Peak Oil. A lot of people believe that peak oil is a scam. That we will never run out of oil. Yes we will never out but it's never been about running out but instead about how difficult it is to get out of the ground. If you spend 1 barrel of oil to get one barrel out of the ground then it's no longer economically viable now is it. The first ever YouTube channel I started around 2009 or 2010 was all about Peak Oil and the end of the fossil fuel era. I got about one to two thousand views per video back then which wasn't very much as just as I started it the Shale oil and gas boom began and America's energy crisis was seemingly over. I haven't thought about this for years until that video from Chris snapped me back to reality. I spent about five or six years of my life obsessing over this from around 2006 to 2013. I stopped caring about making money because I seriously saw doom over the horizon. I spent a year writing a book that I never released because the shale Oil miracle showed up and made me and all the people in the Peak Oil documentary which I also shared called The End Of Suburbia look like fools. But how does this impact women and why are they going back to the kitchen because of it? I'll discuss that and more and just a moment. The black oil pill is yet another red pill I rarely bring up which I took about sixteen or seventeen years ago. I even forgot to mention this in a video talking about all the other red pills I've taken with regards to shaping my consciousness. So besides that Chris Martensen video I also saw that oil prices in Commiefornia went up to six dollars a gallon. So what's the solution for us to keep running a civilization on fossil fuel fed economic growth forever once the fossil fuels start going into decline? We have renewables but they are intermittent and there is no efficent way to store wind and solar energy. Back in the day when I wrote that book and started my channel many people in Peak Oil movement were giving up because of the shale miracle. Up until the price was rising even women took it seriously. One women mentioned in an article she wrote that in the future women wouldn't be able to afford to be educated because men would be given priority for education because men need the know how to be engineers and builders. She said women would have to have children younger because the same medical resources we have today wouldn't be available meaning that the longer you wait to have kids the greater the risk of death. Plus without as much machine power we would need more humans to do manual labor. So if it's true what she and many others say is true why not simply come out and tell people that we are running out of oil and that we need to adapt? I'm a good example of why not.
