If you don't know me, I never EVER thought I would run a FULL MARATHON one day.

After years of training and after years of HATING running, I decided to sign up for a FULL marathon. And I must say that it was an incredible experience. #fullmarathon #marathon #marathontraining

In 2015, I said in one of my early podcast episodes that I simply hated running. Seeing my evolution today it is really AMAZING.

Most people doubt themselves when it comes to believing they could actually run a full marathon one day. I was one of those people.

After running for YEARS, I have developed a system that made me able to not only run a full marathon but actually enjoy running.
