Having a good sleeping routine is extremely important to anyone, especially us, software developers and entrepreneurs, that do a lot of things and are involved in a lot of different projects.

Sleep can make or break you, affecting your overall health, productivity, and daily performance. I've suffered from this several times before, where, due to bad sleeping, I was totally underproductive during the rest of the day.

Said that, it is very important that we set sleeping goals for ourselves and try to get the best out of our sleeping hours. This is why it is very important to have a good sleeping routine for you.
