Hey Bulldogs! John Sonmez from Bulldog Mindset Here, where I teach you how to go from the Victim Mindset to the Bulldog Mindset.

In today's video about OMAD (One Meal A Day), I'm gonna discuss how can you do OMAD (One Meal A Day) is you're skinny fat, meaning if you're already underweight, not overweight or even low BMI but you still hold a good amount of fat!

And today's video is again another request from one of your guys, this follower asked about doing OMAD (One Meal A Day) while she already is somewhat underweight, with a small body frame (5ft with 112 lbs) , trying to consume less calories for about 6 weeks with no results!

In terms of nutrition, she is consuming about 1100 calories 3 times a week which she thinks is her maintenance level, and 800 calories 3 times a week, trying to lose 4 lbs mainly belly fat.

Judging from what she sent me, for me it's seems like she is trying to do OMAD (One Meal A Day) by trying to eat less but not doing any physical activities to build muscles, meaning weightlifting or body weight exercises while she is already lacking in terms of muscles and maybe might end up even losing some bone density, if she keeps up doing it this way.

There are also a few issues with her way of eating, since it's a bit lacking in terms of nutritional value, even at the calories she thinks it's maintenance level it is still low, and it is gonna be slow and painful.

I also know that a lot of you guys, are on the opposite side here, and you're not in this followers situation. I will also give you advice on how to execute OMAD so you can look more ripped and have a more decent aesthetics for your situation so make sure you watch till the end!
