How You Live One Day Is How You Live Everyday... IN ACTION!

Back in 2015 when I was traveling Europe, I did a video with a concept that I tend to live by day after day.

The concept is: how you live one day is how you live everyday. Over the years, whenever I felt like My mind was trying to rationalize something (eat more, skip workouts, etc.) I would remember this concept and I would get back on track once again.

Now, I'm traveling again. Actually, I'm back in Europe and I'm going to stay almost 1 month in Barcelona.

And... I must say my mind was trying to rationalize again. I thought it was ok to skip workouts... I thought it was ok for me to skip my 10-mile run... I thought it was ok for me to skip my fasting...

But I reminded myself "how you live one day is how you live everyday"...

In today's video I'm going to revisit this important concept for life and tell you how, sometimes, a simple action can have much greater implications on your overall neural circuits than you might think.
