It's nice to take a trip back in time to when (most) people still had common sense!

Cavett had some pretty good shows (on multiple networks), back in the day. Used to watch him as a kid, along with my parents, since he hosted afternoons AND late nights at various times of his career. He even "competed" in the same time slot as Carson for a short while, on ABC. Outside of Johnny Carson, he was a pretty good host and interviewer. Even in this segment, he had a knack for diffusing hostile guests (like the feminists who went after Hef) with his humor, much like Carson, to the point where she complimented him on his "comfort in his masculinity", though he said he "wanted to be dominated". Very timely humor on his part.

13:14. Who would'a thunk it? A psychiatrist with common sense, compared to these feminists.
