Stop watching TV and do not use a phone, 50% of problems solved, however that gives the world 8 billion addicts. Since most do not even consider these things a danger, maybe because of their limited brain they would also be able to cope or die from nervous breakdowns.. im not a scientist.

It’s very important moving forward to take no false idols, whether it be a football player, fire trucker, a governor, or dogmas. For otherwise one opens their mind to a create many things better fenced out. A kin to a nation without borders.
Ideas, and promises if not screened can be far more lethal to one’s being than any poison out there. It is better to work out one problems alone then give another the power over his existence.
