She looked fantastic on camera and the cop testified that she blew a whopping &quot;.165&quot; on the Preliminary Breath Test (PBT). There was no proof (in fact, on video, they said it was &quot;.156, 157... something like that..?&quot; Making their determination suspect since they never preserved the number on their badge cams NOR ever photographed the number on the PBT (takes 2 seconds). <br> <br>At one point, the officer slips up and mentions the inadmissible PBT, on accident. So, naturally, I jump on it IMMEDIATELY. I try to convince the judge we can talk about it but the number can't get in, WHICH IS THE LAW. She declines. Says &quot;all or nothing;&quot; so I go for broke. It pays. <br> <br>Jury doesn't believe the cop.
