Hurricane Idalia Update Interview with WFLA's Preston Scott

My buddy lives in Perry in a small CBS house.. the storm was reported as category 3 .. thats sustained winds.. 160mph gusts were reported on keaton beach.. Huge storm that went on for hours.. ripped the drywall down from his carport ceiling.. said he was concerned about his front door.. new construction maybe 2012.. destroyed a wood shed his dad had built.. he inherited the house debt free.. He dont know it yet but he may have to reshingle it.. I've lived in SW Florida and no serious hurricanes for decades.. now they are piling up for some reason.. I have a friend lives in a 55 and older trailer park in Bonita Springs.. Leisure village.. has a clubhouse aqnd community pool.. free wifi with the maintenance fee.. he owns the property.. with the trailer.. well, the original builder of the park built a I guess about 20' cement wall all around the park except for the road in and road out.. he rode out Ian with a neart direct hit.. underground utilities.. did not lose power or internet.. no damage.. unbelievable.. walls work.. ;)
