I'm 43 years old and I have no friends.

Well I'm 76, active yourthful, very independent minded. I have no friends. got a couple of old School buddies from years ago but twwice a year we travel hundreds of miles to mkeet up, have a great laugh, then I come home. I'm NOT lonely I like being alone, but since the Covid Lock downs I guess I now know no one. All those so called friends (USER'S) that I did haver befor covid don't bother to call round or have time tio cjhat or anything. My own daughter thatr lives some way away didn't even phone me once in covid to see if I was ok. I couldn't even get hold of her, yet when she was little I gave her everything she was Daddies girl. Now she is heading to 40, I beieve I had a granddaughter now herself grown up. I have a few photo's of my daughter and one of my granddaughter that was the splitting image of her. I've come to the pouint that I really don't any longer need anyone anyway's, my life as a MGTOW and a Stoic is based totally around ME, but not in a Narcissistic way (I hope)! nope I call it Catch up, doing WTF I like when I like , because I used to give a shit I used to be SELFLESS, so what some may call SELFISH now is not the case, I doing what I should have originally done. I'm noticing I've lost Empathy or duty of care to any human being, is that wrong or just the result of being abused by life? anyway hope I don't sound to much like "I, me, and My), because I'm sure I'm not? Oh by the way women? well they just don't exist in my cionsciousness anymore outside of an annoying fly buzzing into your room that is! lol!

I had alot of friends in school and as a young man, but over the years we've all fallen out of touch! Now, I have one guy I bullshit with from time to time, but that's it, as for family, they're all dead except for one uncle who's 84 and on deaths door...what can I say, time marches on, and that's how it goes!

"Friends", are for teenager's and those that consider social ties outside the family unit, a secondary. What if as a person you have no family, never have but don't consider interaction outside the house a goal. You mention time, yes that as resource we as mortal beings never get back with rewards, some may argue you live longer with society. Yes, too a point you may live better and longer in an interaction with society benefits, but money seems to make up for such, if as an individual you learn that ties with others comes with downfalls. Humans can live without personally getting ties with others, while drawing the best from the resources available, this is at the source individually cultivation of reality. Fuck the feels, do you wake up and pursue your goals without personally getting tied down by " negativity" produced by others. Just an idea, take it as you will
