It's a fundamental right to KNOW who the father of the child is - and by way of discovery, if your loyal loving wife, has actually been a loyal, loving wife - with you and only with you. All children should be paternity tested the day they are born - and to make it mandatory. "Hmmm Not my child? When you get out of hospital, your going to go live with him, at his place."
