In this session, I will discuss why I never expected love or respect and how to stop expecting it from others. <br> <br>It isn't simple, and there are reasonable expectations. You never know when you start to expect something from someone you care about. They quietly approach you, and you have no idea until they shatter it. Many times, you are unable to express precisely what you anticipate from a person. <br> <br>Love the other person without being attached to them. Expect affection, but don't push for it. It's not simple to love someone completely without expecting anything in return. Keep in mind that everyone has the freedom to do whatever they want, and you, as a person, have no right to shape them to fit your expectations. You can make suggestions and voice your desires, but you can't control what they do in the end. <br> <br>Love is unadulterated. Giving it merely makes it more common in your life. Expectations simply add to the strain on a relationship's connections.
