Identifying the dead: Lugansk’s monumental task

It has been months since the Lugansk People’s Republic was officially liberated and voted to join Russia, but one task is still ongoing, and may be ongoing for some time to come: identifying the dead. <br> <br>As the Ukrainian military withdrew, they fired indiscriminately at the oncoming pro-Russian forces, with no regard for who they hit.
