‘If Senate focuses on Ukraine over America, that could cause real problems’ – McCarthy

Speaker of the US House of Representatives Kevin McCarthy commented on the debate surrounding government funding and a possible shutdown, saying if there was ‘a clean one (stopgap bill) without Ukraine on it, we could probably be able to move that through.
