Putin should take advantage of this and reindustrialize Russia. All the oil that Russia was exporting should be converted into construction to build all new industrial facilities. Vertical integration and 100% employment to that cause would be a better investment than selling stuff abroad for ZOG $$$$$$.
I'm sure Russia can get whatever it needs outside of the SWIFT system if they just use some smarts. Old fashioned trade may have a lot of transaction friction but, it was done before SWIFT and can be done again. Putin could easily recruit a lot of disenfranchised Whites from ZOG-U.S. and the West in general. There's a lot of empty land in the Russian interior that needs homesteading. Putin needs a lot of new White blood and innovative ideas that come with it. The energy of enthusiastic White settlers would work wonders for Putin and Russia.
Putin should use the tried and true FDR New Deal method of rebuilding a failed system. CCC and WPA work projects. There is plenty of real work to be done in Russia. Ban the degenerate Jewish cultural trash that infected Russia over the past 30 years and use the Federal Art Project as examples of good public art. Bring back pre-communist Russian art and culture. Give both native Slavic Russians and the new American-Russian immigrants something to work and fight for.
