Piloting the “Spirit of Munro” would be Burt Munro’s great-grand-nephew, Lee Munro, a Kiwi roadracer who would blast across the same salt his famous relative did 50 years earlier. <br> <br>Herbert James &amp;quot;Burt&amp;quot; Munro was a motorcycle racer from New Zealand, famous for setting an under-1,000 cc world record, at Bonneville, on the 26th of August 1967.
