Investigation launched as video of soldiers burning bodies appears online
An investigation has been launched by the South African military after a blood-curdling video emerged online, allegedly showing a group of soldiers throwing the corpses of jihadists onto a fire in neighboring Mozambique. The military stressed that, if it turns out that South African troops were involved in wrongdoing, they will be brought to justice.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Freedom over censorship, truth over narrative.
Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/RTnews
Follow us on Telegram: t.me/rtnews
Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/RT_com

Dead bodies attract scavengers, diseases, flies and they stink up the place a whole heap....
Burning the dead is a quick and hygenic way to dispose of them.
In a war, it's a fair thing to do.
It's just like in an outbreak of some nasty disease, and there are thousands of dead people in a small area, which is worse in a tropical / hot and humid place...
They don't fuck around with "nice funerals" - because the bodies are rotting by the hour, they just bulldoze a HUGE open pit grave and toss all the bodies in a mass grave and then cover them up - mostly to stop the spread of diseases.....
Think of the Tsunami that hit parts of Indonesia and other places - they had no power, no means of storing thousands of dead, they had no massive meat work deep freezers.... nothing.
And in the tropics the dead go off very fast - so they just dug mass graves and got them in the ground as fast as they could.
