I have a way to punish both the Jew banksters for being so eager to profit from these illicit loans and from the cunts who went into debt for their Gender Studies degrees.
A judge must review her economic situation and determine how much she can pay back every month. And she WILL PAY it back. *BUT* there will be NO INTEREST to pay back. Every dollar paid in goes to paying down the principle until it is done. If she fails to make regular payments, as prescribed by a judge, then the mercy deal is over with. She is back to paying on the original terms AND paying that Jewish usury.
This will also punish the (((banksters))) because they will lose money on the debt because they can't pass on the fee to maintain that note. That note will be retired sooner than expected as well.
