Regret implies taking responsibility, and this woman seems incapable of that.

First mistake: female listening to her female friends.
Second mistake: female listening to female friends on social media.
Clear mistake: thinking for a second that doing something called a 'ho phase' was a good idea.

You know she'll lie about it, the fact that she brought up how honest she was going to be, twice, means she's just fishing for validation and approval for her choices to "sleep around" and her decision to lie. If being single for a year is too hard for her, she's jonesing and clearly not over her 'phase'.

There is one thing she gets right in this: a good man won't judge her by her past, but that's because she won't find herself involved with a good man.
