How about behavioral? Instead of being demure and reserved women are masculine and boisterous. Pair that with their idea of what masculinity is and how badly the impersonate it and BAM! You get some of the most unmusical, joyless, obnoxious voices. Eliminating femininity has made women 'butch up', so they act the part, learning to be louder and more garish. Black women re a great example; many that were raised well speak well, but most were raised and affected by feminism (which hit black communities hardest) creating the loudest, most barbaric sounding women out there.
