The Dems wanted to give every single person in America a stimulus. That also means funding the people who are here who don't hold a citizenship; potential terrorists (this includes white supremacist groups and ANTIFA members). Trump said uuuh no rework it. The last thing we want to do is fund another potential 9/11 because there are a LOT of people here who don't belong here from all over the world. Most people do have an ID, but the ones that don't (unless you're part of DACA) need to leave.
