Not to much oil I go through about half a bottle each oiling. And even less powder. So maybe 2 bottles of each should get you started well

@RockNRollDolls: about how many ounces should each bottle have?

@eldrazi317: just a standard bottle size. I think it's either 15 or 16 oz. And also you can go dirt cheap with it just make sure that it's the mineral oil. Like no name no brand. And then the same thing with the baby powder I just get whatever that standard size of lavender scented generic.

But you don't have to get lavender scented just whatever baby powder is available. Or the cornstarch you have will work too. I've just never used it but I hear a lot of people say it's fine.

@RockNRollDolls: I have another— the baby/mineral oil; is it to fill up the dolls pores so that it doesn’t stain as much? Just wondering for the exact reason for it.

And I guess the corn starch keeps the mineral oil?

@RockNRollDolls: I’m thinking of dressing her like the ladies did in the past. Did Yui have a white undershirt underneath the black band shirt she was wearing in the video? Just asking since I know that dark colors stain.

@eldrazi317: Actually no. It can be risky but I have found that as long as you're doing 100% cotton black isn't too much of an issue.

And because I probably screwed this up during that little rant in the video but the Torso is quad-chan and the piper is Yui. Haha

@RockNRollDolls: thank you for the reply. It’s good to know cotton is a good material to use. The nightgown I was looking at for her is 55% Cotton, 45% Polyester. Would that be fine or is polyester a no-no.

@eldrazi317: It’s white, the other one I was looking at is a super light green.

@eldrazi317: Light colors should be fine. But in my general experience polyester's are a lot more likely to stay in the cottons. But light colors like I said should be fine.

@RockNRollDolls: that’s good to know, most of the outfits I’ve been planning for her are mainly a combination of white and greens, didn’t realize how much I like green till now XD

One outfit is a pretty nightgown that looks a great deal like a dress with a green robe/coat over her form. I think she’ll look lovely in it. I’m thinking of buying her some water protective shoes to hopefully make it easy or easier to get her cleaned up in the shower. Have you had any experience having one of your companions use them? From what I read of the shoes they are extra slip resistant.

The dress also makes it easy to get her in and out for her monthly maintenance lol

@RockNRollDolls: At least I now know a perfect use for the extra head. Although I still find it funny that sexdolls/companions can/will use tampons too lol

@RockNRollDolls: I agree, that sort of attitude and carelessness just shows me they don’t care for their stuff nor themselves truly. I don’t think any person with a good head wouldn’t go about destroying their own hard earned property.

@RockNRollDolls: Also I’m going to purchase the doll I mentioned before Rock; I have two options for shipping— FedEx or Ups. Which do you think is the better option if I may ask for shipping her safe and sound?

@eldrazi317: FedEx seems to be good for timeliness. That's who has shipped my last 2 Dolls.

@RockNRollDolls: The vendor has been very helpful in answering my questions, is even putting the companion on hold till I’m able to make the purchase tomorrow. So I think he or she is good so far.

This is the one I’m purchasing, I’m planning on buying her a different wig but I like how she looks.

@eldrazi317: Nice! Looks good! And yeah! The wigs they come with are kind of on the meh side. So a new wig and a cute outfit, You'll be set!

@RockNRollDolls: Yeah, I want to get her a dress— something easy to get her in and out. She’s my first doll so don’t really know what to expect other than what I heard.

The maintenance will be an experience lol Also how many times do you have to usually mineral Yui up and powder her?

@eldrazi317: Yui is a Piper doll with Palatium TPE, she only needs to be oiled once every 3 months roughly, but i powered her once every few weeks, just depending of if she feels like she needs it. Quad Chan the torso Doll is closer to what you will be dealing with. She so far after the month I've owned seems like she will need every 6 weeks or so. Just based on her feel, and seeing when she gets sticky. (from the oil leaving the tpe.)
