They're getting ghosted by their therapists because more and more therapists have learned malignant narcissist cluster b types are hopeless and beyond help and so a complete and absolute waste of time and energy to even attempt to work with. It is simply impossible to do anything with malignant narcissism; getting exposed to it only drains away your energy, and your soul after enough of it. Also, the only way to rid yourself of such an energy and soul vampire is to ghost absolutely, and all at once. This even happens with, and to, therapists, and I have recently learned many are doing this with hopeless, full-stop narcissist. I would bet money this is what underlies the rash of trollops screeching about getting ghosted by their therapists.
