Lion is talking about June 30 and that is when the Federal suspension of foreclosures expires. This is for Federally-backed mortgages, which is what most people have. Here's an easy to read article of what's happening:

Currently, people have been allowed to postpone paying on their mortgages due to the PLANdemic and economic fallout. June 30 is when the protection expires. However, evictions may not happen right away. What MIGHT HAPPEN (just guessing) is that some may end up paying rent on a home they once owned. The rent will go to the new owner (probably an Israeli or Chinese vulture group) and the rent will be HIGH. Means nothing to them because they used nearly free Fed Reserve money to take over the property anyway.

One can only imagine how many fefails will be caught unprepared! We will be seeing a LOT of female refugees who either get evicted or can't pay the extortionate rents. Since I live in Florida, women will have to find Australian pine stands or Sea Grapes. The Australian pines leave a nice clean ground cover of pine needles and they are great for putting a tent on. The Sea Grapes also leave a nice ground cover AND they provide a nice canopy. The leaves actually cool the air underneath and provide a measure of privacy.

These Democrat Marxist have REALLY brain-fucked things with this proposal to arrest the "John".. When can we expect the shopkeeper, not the shoplifter, to find himself arrested?
