This kind of training is more about reflex and eye to hand coordination which is essential in this given situation. It would be nice if a picture of a person of colour was used along. I wonder how the cadet would react...

That would profiling and would not be allowed. Even though that a state with 75% whites and 25% blacks, and 85% of the crimes were committed by blacks are facts we have to ignore them
